REGISTRATION REMINDERS
- Registration and payment may only be done online. Log on to http://bikekingphilippines.com/ to register and to pay via PayPal/CreditCard. Payments will not be accepted at any payment center nor through banks.
- Deadline for registration is September 1, 2014 or until slots last
- Registration deadline is subject to change depending on slot availability
- Registration fees are non-transferable
- Refund Policy:
- Athletes confirmed in the race who wish to withdraw, must do so in writing by emailing the race office. Email: [email protected]
- It is the athlete’s responsibility to ensure the race office has received any communication. Upon confirmation of this request, athletes are eligible for a partial refund as follows:
- Any requests received on or before August 15, 2014 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Any requests received after August 15, 2014 will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances
- If you do not receive a response from the race office within 5 calendar days from request, it should be assumed that it has not been received and you should contact us again by sending another email to[email protected].

FAQs
Can I still pay through payment centers or through bank transfer?
No. Registration will be online all the way to payment. After submitting your registration form, you will receive a confirmation number after which you will be taken to a PayPal/Credit Card payment link. Your registration will only be confirmed upon online payment.
You will receive 2 confirmation letters, one from the race office ([email protected]) and a second email from paypal (receipt of payment).
How do I go back to the starting line after the race?
Participants are entitled to a free bus ride from the finish line to the starting line. First trip will leave at 1:00 pm and the last trip will leave at 5:00 pm. There will be a bus leaving every 30minutes (as long as it is 75% full).
Can I take my bike with me in the shuttle?
No. You have the following options though.
- Bikes will be available for pick- up of the participants at T2 only until 8pm of race day. We will re-open T2 the following day, Monday, October 27 from 8am to 3pm.
- We can transport your bike from Porac to Subic at a cost of P2,000.00. The cost does not include putting it in a box. We will return your bike to Subic, the way it is racked at Porac. You may get it at Subic (final venue to be announced) between 4pm to 8pm of race day. You have to present your wrist band, race bib and your government issued ID when you pick up your bike at Subic. We will not release the bikes to anyone but the race participant. For relay teams, we will only release the bike to the biker.
Will the bike course be closed to traffic?
Most of the bike course inside Subic Bay Freeport will be closed to traffic. The entire bike course along SCTEX will be closed to traffic within the cut-off time.
Can I claim my race kit on race day?
No race kits will be released on race day. Race kit claiming is only possible from 10am to 6pm on Saturday, October 25.
How do I check in my T2 Bags?
Participants must check in their T2 bags at SBECC from 10am to 6pm of October 25. Participants must use the event issued T2 bags.
How do I get my T1 stuff back?
Participants will be given a T1 bag where they can put their goggles, swim caps and slippers. The T1 bags will be at the baskets at T2 when you finish your race.
